Pharmaceutical services subject: teaching, learning and collaborating with municipality pharmaceutical services

Advances in structuring the Unified Health System can also be viewed in the organization of Pharmaceutical Services. Although many of these discreet and incipient advances bump on lack of qualified human resources. In 2002, a new education policy was proposed to reduce this gap. This work aims to present the report of the experience of Pharmaceutical Services II discipline in Pharmacy's graduation from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina contributed to teaching pharmaceutical professionals to work at SUS. The course uses a real municipality case to discuss practical work that is produced in portfolio subject. Students visit the municipality and the end of course they have a diagnosis made and the proposals for change for managers in any municipality. Among the advantages of the development of the discipline can cite approach of theory with practice and teaching with the service.
