Organs and systems affected were: integumentary system (37,5%), respiratory system (31,5%) disorders of the general conditions (15,5%), gastrointestinal system (9,3%) and peripheral and central nervous system (6,2%). The most relevant ones found from the notifications of technical defects about medicines were: changes in general conditions (57%), color changes (19%), ineffectiveness (14%), and physical and chemical changes (10%).
